Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and television in the spacious living room which includes access to the large back patio offering outdoor seating, a barbecue grill, and a private hot tub. Two dining areas sit off of the living room, one is outfitted with a circular table seating 6, the other accommodates 8 guests, and the adjacent breakfast bar has seating for 2. Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, including a professional-grade gas range, are featured in the gourmet kitchen that overlooks the living room and dining areas.

Above the Great Room is a loft area appointed with a Murphy bed and television for extra sleeping space. Set off of the loft, the primary suite offers a King bed, sitting area with a sleeper sofa and a private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity and a soaking tub inside a walk-in shower. Located on the lower level, the guest suite is furnished with a King bed, has direct access to the patio and includes a private bathroom with an oversized shower and beautiful Carrara marble shower floor and vanity top.  Two guest bedrooms enjoy attached bathrooms, one is equipped with a King bed while the other has two sets of Twin bunk beds. Accessing a shared bathroom, the fifth bedroom is a cozy space with a Queen bed.

The two car garage is over-sized and big enough for two cars plus lots of skis and bikes. In addition, there is an electric car charger available for use in the garage. Plus, there is lots of additional parking in the driveway. There is also a large mudroom right off the garage for all your gear.
