Step into the residence to find a large dining table that seats 10 and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and granite countertops including a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Continue into the living room offering a large sitting area with a leather sofa, love seat, large screen television, gas stove, and access to the private deck. A full bathroom is also located on this level.

Two bedrooms are located on the second level. The master suite is furnished with a Queen bed and includes a full bathroom with a stall shower. Accessing the hall's full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, the guest bedroom on this level is furnished with two Captain's Bunks that have Twin beds on top and Double beds on the bottom. Occupying the top level is the third bedroom offering a Queen bed and accessing the hall bathroom on the second level.
