Designed for entertaining, the residence has been thoughtfully crafted with a high-end chef’s kitchen complete with an island breakfast bar that seats three adjoining a spacious dining area with large windows looking out into the National Forest, luxuriously comfortable furnishings throughout, multiple fireplaces, and two living areas for unwinding and gathering together. Tons of natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows to add an immersive, natural experience.

Four bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the residence providing an added level of privacy for larger groups of up to 14 guests. Two bedrooms are master suites with King beds and private bathrooms, the larger of which includes a gas fireplace in the bedroom and a soaking tub plus a steam shower in the bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms is outfitted with a Queen bed while the fourth is ideally equipped for the kids as it offers Two Double Bunk beds.

Start the day with a one minute stroll to the beginner ski trail leading to the main Winter Park base area and lifts, ski back from the Mary Jane area of the mountain for lunch, and end your day by relaxing on one of two decks or enjoying the private hot tub under a starry night sky. Base Camp on Jane Creek is set in the woodlands at the edge of the Arapahoe National Forest, just 200 yards below the ski slopes. This home enjoys modified ski-in/ski-out access via a well maintained short path at the end of the cul-de-sac, which winds through the woods and connects the neighborhood to the slopes (some stairs). A free shuttle stop is just steps from the front door and is available for a quick ride to the base area.
