The adjacent dining area provides seating for up to eight guests. On the lower level, the family room is appointed with a comfortable sitting area with a large screen television, a wet bar with a refrigerator, microwave and high-top bar table, and a pool table. Step out to the rear of the home to relax in the private hot tub while taking in the spectacular Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Spread over three levels of the 4,726 square foot residence are 5 spacious bedrooms. Featuring vaulted ceilings, a gas stove, private balcony, lofted office area, and private bathroom with a large soaking tub and steam shower, the primary bedroom is equipped with a King bed. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, one is furnished with a Queen bed and boasts a private bathroom while the other two share a bathroom and offer two Queen beds in one while the other has two Twin beds. Located on the upper level is a large bedroom with a Queen bed, sitting area, and private bathroom.
