Enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access and a whole host of vacation amenities at Bellevue 19, a spacious private rental home located in the exclusive Bellevue neighborhood of Deer Valley. This four bedroom, six bathroom retreat is nicely equipped to accommodate 15 guests and provides the ideal home base for your Deer Valley ski vacation.

A spacious living room sits on the main level and boasts an oversized cozy sectional sofa, a massive floor-to-ceiling stone wall with a built-in wood-burning fireplace and log mantle, and a large flat screen television.  Guests can access the large wraparound deck boasting stunning mountain views and a natural gas piped grill from this space. The adjacent kitchen features beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops and a large breakfast bar with seating for up to six people. Directly behind the breakfast bar, a natural wood dining room table sits among a wall of windows and can accommodate up to eight guests. Also on the main level, a comfortable den provides additional space to relax with a leather sofa, HDTV and a cozy gas fireplace. Just outside the den, a therapeutic six-person hot tub offers the ideal place to unwind and recharge while you gaze at the mountains and the ski access trail.

A spacious master suite sits on the upper level and boasts a wood burning fireplace, HDTV, walk-in closet, small private deck and an adjoining bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. Two guest rooms are located on the main level with one offering a wood burning fireplace, HDTV and a private bathroom with a shower only, while the other features an HDTV and a full bathroom. A fourth guest room with a full bathroom sits on the lower level of Bellevue 19 and is designed for the younger travelers. If your group needs additional lodging, there is a murphy bed in the den and a sleeper sofa in the living room for added sleeping accommodations.

Guest will love the ski prep room which provides the perfect place for all your gear as it is equipped with five boot dryers and tons of storage. Just step out and onto the Silver Dollar Access Trail which leads to the Last Chance Run for easy slopes access. To come home at the end of the day or for a hot chocolate break, ski the Silver Dollar Access Trail just off the Success Run at Deer Valley Resort. Access to the complimentary shuttle bus is a half of a mile from the property.
