Set under vaulted ceilings, the living room features designer furnishings arranged in front of a fireplace and wall-mounted television. Glass doors lead to the patio equipped with outdoor furnishings centered on a summertime outdoor fireplace.

Flowing seamlessly from the living room, the dining area accommodates 10 guests with another 6 seats around the adjacent breakfast bar. Chefs in the group will appreciate the high-end appliances and polished-stone countertops featured in the gourmet kitchen, completed with wine refrigerator plus an extra refrigerator and dishwasher in the pantry off the kitchen.

Nights of entertainment await in the lower level family room appointed with rustic ceiling beams and a cozy sitting area with a large sectional and club chairs centered on a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television. Mix beverages at the wet bar before challenging friends to a game of pool. An adjacent office with mountain views offers comfortable work-from-home quarters for traveling professionals.
