Tastefully furnished and finely finished, this 5 bedroom vacation home with 4.5 bathrooms offers an inviting home base for the most enjoyable vacation in the mountains for up to 12 guests.

Enter on the mid-level of the three story residence to a spacious great room set under vaulted ceilings and centered on a cozy living room with a large television and fireplace, all framed by large windows exposing a view of the terraced yard and of the Steamboat Ski area. Continue through the living room to find the breakfast nook with seating for 6 guests and the fully equipped professional kitchen boasting a double oven, 6-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Off of the kitchen is a formal dining room with a large table seating 8 guests.

Head to the lower level to relax and play in the well equipped family room furnished with a huge sectional couch for spreading out to watch the big game on the large smart TV. The billiards and card sharks in your group will master their skills each night at the card table and pool table. Relax outdoors under the stars in the private hot tub and soak away the reminders of a big day on the mountain.

Five bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the 4,905 square foot residence providing a variety of bedding options to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Located off of the entry on the main level and furnished with a King bed, the primary suite boasts access to the large front deck as well as a smart TV and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and steam shower. Perched on the top level, two guest bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds and share a bathroom with a loft space outfitted with a desk plus a Full-size Murphy bed. Two guest bedrooms are on the lower level, one has a Queen bed and attached bathroom while the other offers two sets of Twin bunk beds and a private bathroom.
