With a short three minute drive to the slopes and town, along with an attractive array of vacation amenities, this lodge-like getaway makes an excellent choice for those seeking privacy, luxury and convenience in a beautiful, scenic locale.

With a vaulted wood ceiling and a multitude of windows, the living room offers an open and inviting place to lounge and put your feet up. A plush leather sofa and chairs are centered on a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a large flat screen television, while views are of the Goose Pasture Tarn and Red Mountain. Behind the living room, a natural wood-adorned kitchen boasts all of your culinary essentials, including stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops and a charming two-person breakfast bar. Adjacent to the bar, the dining area features a large table with room for eight guests to gather for a meal, a board game or just to chat about their exciting day in paradise. To access the upper outdoor space, doors on either side of the dining area lead to a wraparound deck with a gas grill, seating, and superb lake views. For even more room to entertain, relax and unwind, this home also boasts a family room located on the lower level. Kick back on the comfy sofa or two lush club chairs, which are perfectly placed in front of a wood-burning fireplace, and a massive flat screen television.  A large assortment of board games and puzzles sit on a nearby bookshelf, available for your group’s entertainment and overall good time. Head out a door from this space to access the lower level patio, which features a private hot tub, a comfortable swing and a fire pit.

Five comfortable and well-appointed guest rooms are spread across all three levels of Black Bear House. Bedroom one sits on the main level boasting a large plush bed, a flat screen television and a private bathroom offering a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. Perched on the upper level, the second bedroom features a comfy bed, a swanky side chair and a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. Located on the lower level, bedroom three has its own private bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and one sink. The fourth guest room was furnished with younger vacationers in mind, and offers multiple bedding with two windows. They will share a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which features a large bed and a lovely forest view.

This property sits only three minutes south of Breckenridge for easy access the slopes at Peak 9, or Main Street’s dining, shopping and nightlife. There is room for five vehicles in the driveway.
