Full Description

Designed for entertaining, the main level offers a comfortably furnishing living room set under three-story vaulted ceilings and focused on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Seating for 8 guests is provided in the adjacent dining area with an additional four stools at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and overlooks the dining area. Just off of the dining area is a cozy den with a sofa bed and flatscreen television. Head out back to relax in the private hot tub after a day of adventure in the mountains or on Lake Dillon which is located just down the hill from the home.

Furnished with a King bed, the master suite is located off of the living area on the main level and includes a double-sided gas fireplace that is exposed in the bedroom and the private bathroom which boasts a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other offers a Queen bed plus a Captain's Bunk with a Double on the bottom and Twin on the top with an additional Twin Trundle bed that slides out from under the bottom bunk.

Accessed through a lock-off door in the bunk room or via a private stairway off the kitchen, the upper level apartment is the ideal space for a couple wanting some added privacy away from the rest of the group. The apartment includes a full kitchen, living room with a sofa and flatscreen television, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a Queen bed.
