Overlooking the living room is a gourmet kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Just off the kitchen and living room is a dining area with combination chair/bench seating for 8 and an adjacent wall of glass doors that lead out to the patio with a fire pit, barbecue grill, and a private hot tub.

Situated on the main level off of the living space, the master suite is equipped with a King bed, gas fireplace, direct access to the patio with the private hot tub, and a private bathroom appointed with a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and oversized walk-in shower. Overlooking the living room is a spacious loft outfitted with a large sofa that has a Queen pull-out, flatscreen television, and access to a private deck. Both of the upper level guest bedrooms offer private bathrooms, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other has a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Full on the bottom plus a Twin bunk to sleep up to 4 guests.
