On the main level, a comfortable and inviting living room boasts a vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen television, along with several cozy seating areas. Around the corner, a fully equipped wood adorned kitchen can accommodate all your culinary needs and offers a breakfast bar with four stools while a nearby kitchen table seats six guests. In the adjacent dining room, up to seven additional people can dine at the large classic wood table set between two different doors providing access to the back deck. This expansive wrap around deck boasts outdoor seating, a gas grill, a therapeutic hot tub and lovely views of Peak 8. When it’s time to relax and unwind, guests can head up stairs and challenge each other in a game of pool, or retreat to the lower level family room which boasts a cozy sofa and club chair, a large flat screen television and a gas fireplace. For added convenience, this space also features a kitchenette stocked with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, small stove, sink and microwave, along with a dining table with four chairs. A small media room also on the lower level offers several cozy bean bag chairs and a large flat screen television. Guests of Boulder Ski Retreat can pack lighter and worry less as this spacious home offers two full sized laundry rooms; one on the main level and one in the lower level kitchenette.

Six quality and tastefully decorated bedrooms are spread throughout this alpine home’s three levels. On the main level, a comfortable master boasts a gas fireplace, flat screen television and access to the outdoor deck.  The master’s private bathroom offers a large jetted tub with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Also on the main level, bedroom two boasts a writing desk and shares a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink. Three of the guest rooms are perched on the upper level; bedroom three offers a personal balcony with a private bathroom while guest room four shares a balcony and a bathroom with bedroom five. On the home’s lower level, bedroom six shares a bathroom featuring a jetted tub, walk-in shower and sink with the family room space. If your family, multiple families or group of friends desires added lodging, there is a sleeper sofa in the upstairs landing, another in the lower level family room and additional bedding located in the media room.
