Spread over two levels, this 4 bedroom residence with 3 bathrooms features a rustic atmosphere with multiple living spaces and preferred vacation amenities for up to 8 guests.

Enter through the front door and step into the cozy living area complete with a leather sectional sofa, wood burning fireplace, and large TV. The living area offers the perfect space to relax beside the fire and enjoy a favorite movie or keep an eye on the big game. Adjacent to the living area sits the professionally-equipped kitchen complete with expansive workspace, gas range, and center island with seating for 4. Just off of the kitchen sits the dining area with seating for 8 at a bistro-style table with stools.

Opposite the dining area, the kitchen opens to a cozy den providing an inviting space to enjoy the snow fall through the sliding glass doors or sip on a glass of wine while reliving the day’s adventures. The sofa in the den doubles as additional sleeping in a queen pullout. Step out onto the large deck equipped with a barbecue grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and the private hot tub. Enjoy the large yard surrounded by towering pine trees where, in the summer months, the kids have plenty of room to explore.

Three of the bedrooms occupy the upper level of the home while the fourth, furnished with a Queen bed and accessing the hall bathroom, is located on the main level. The master suite is equipped with a King bed, TV, mountain views, and a large bathroom complete with dual vanity, walk in steam shower and jetted tub. Sharing a hall bathroom on the upper level, the remaining guest bedrooms are furnished with Queen bed in one and two Twin beds that can be combined into a King in the other room. A washer and dryer are located within the upper level hall bath.
