Boasting a massive 5,700 square feet of elegant living space, this spectacular rental home features seven bedrooms plus a loft with six and a half bathrooms, and is nicely outfitted to comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests.

With vaulted ceilings and a large stone gas fireplace, the living room is inviting and cozy, offering comfortable sofas and chairs and a large flat screen television. Across the great room, a spacious open kitchen boasts professional appliances, beautiful countertops and ample space to prep and entertain. There is a breakfast bar with high-top seating, while the neighboring dining area boasts a large table which can seat up to 14 guests. Off the kitchen, a large outdoor deck features a relaxing private hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit with seating- the perfect spot to enjoy an apres ski beverage or watch the snow fall. Another superb space to gather and enjoy each other’s company is the lower level family room. Comprised of two sides, the first side offers a pool table, games table and cozy gas fireplace, while the other side is a theater room, featuring comfortable leather recliners and a large projection screen. A bar is perfectly placed between the two, ensuring everyone is satiated and happy while utilizing the area. After a fun-filled day either on the slopes, or partaking in any number of area adventures, your guests will love to refresh and recharge in the infrared sauna and steam shower, also located on the home’s lower level.

Up to 23 guests can feel right at home among elegant furnishings and comfortable bedding in the seven bedrooms plus a loft space spread throughout Breck Haven. On the main level, the master offers a gas fireplace, private access to the front deck, and a private bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub, shower and full laundry room. A spiral staircase from the master leads to a cozy loft space with bedding. Bedrooms two and three and also situated on the main floor, one with a private bathroom, the other uses a hallway bathroom. On the lower level, guest rooms four and five both feature plush bedding and private bathrooms, while bedrooms six and seven are perched on the upper level. The sixth guest bedroom features a private bathroom with a steam shower and bathtub, while bedroom seven is designed for the youngest travelers and boasts bedding for up to 10, a gaming system, kid’s games and a hallway bathroom.

Breckenridge Ski Resort and Main Street’s shopping, dining and nightlife are just five miles from Breck Haven. This incredible alpine retreat can accommodate up to seven vehicles, with three in the garage and the rest on the generous driveway.
