On the same level, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials, including stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and a gorgeous island breakfast bar with room for four. Up to eight guests can fit comfortably at the adjacent dining table, which offers a stunning alpine view from a wall of surrounding windows. A glass door from this space leads to a generous outdoor deck, offering a gas grill, a table for alfresco dining, a fire pit and a welcoming private hot tub, all with beautiful scenery as your backdrop. Another space your guests will love to gather after a wonderful day in paradise is the upper level family room, featuring an overstuffed sectional sofa, a foosball table and a mammoth flat screen television. There is also a card table, along with a wet bar and mini fridge, allowing guests to imbibe and enjoy snacks, without having to interrupt the fun to head downstairs.

Designed with restful sleep in mind, Breckenberg Haus features four comfortably decorated guest bedrooms. On the main level, a spacious master suite offers a private fireplace, a cozy bed and deck access, with a gorgeous private master bath boasting a jetted tub and a separate shower. On the upper level, there are three guest rooms with three private bathrooms. Bedrooms two and three offer comfortable bedding, with a rich, masculine vibe, while the fourth guest room offers multiple beds, sunny windows and a flat screen television. If any extra lodging is needed, a sleeper sofa in the upper level family room can comfortably accommodate two added guests.  

Breckenberg Haus features a two-car garage with additional spaces for up to four more vehicles in the driveway. Guests are two blocks from the Summit Stage shuttle stop for complimentary transport to the slopes and town, with convenient pick-up and drop-off times.
