Featuring six bedrooms with four bathrooms, this dog-friendly property boasts comfortable alpine furnishings and is stocked with amenities and living spaces, guaranteed to enhance your Breckenridge getaway.

Cozy and warm, the main floor living room features a neutral grey palette of sofas and chairs centered on a large flat screen television. Around the corner, a fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all your culinary needs and offers a lovely backyard view. In the adjacent dining area, a large table can seat up to 10 guests while a sliding glass door provides access to a deck overlooking the backyard, and boasting a gas grill along with several seating areas and a fire pit. Just off the kitchen, a charming den allows guests to relax and chat about their daily adventures, with multiple leather sofas, a fireplace and a massive flat screen television. You are also able to access the back deck from this space, as well. As if two separate living spaces weren’t enough, Briar Rose also features an expansive lower level family room, large enough for the whole crew to enjoy. On one side, there are several plush couches focused on a large flat screen television, with a neighboring pool table ready to fuel your group’s competitive nature. A second full kitchen is also situated downstairs offering convenience to those relaxing in that space. Guests can enjoy a meal, snacks or a game of cards on the dining table which sits between the pool table and kitchen. Also on this level, an enclosed hot tub with seating provides the ideal spot to recharge and refresh for whatever the next day brings.

Six beautifully yet comfortably furnished guest rooms are spread across Briar Rose’s three generous levels. Bedrooms one and two are perched on the upper level, boasting superb views, flat screen televisions and a shared bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/bathtub combination. Guest room three sits on the main level and offers a cozy bed, flat screen television and private bathroom featuring a dual vanity and shower. On the same level, bedroom four was designed for the younger vacationers and shares a full bathroom with the main floor living spaces. Situated on the lowest level, guest rooms five and six offer comfortable bedding and share a full bathroom with the family room area. For additional lodging beyond the regular beds, there are two sleeper sofas on the main level, another in the lower family room and one more located in bedroom six to accommodate an extra eight guests.
