Up to eight guests can comfortably fit at the adjacent round dining table, while others can enjoy a charming table for four located behind the living room, neighboring a large wet bar with wine storage. Sliding glass doors provide access to a large wrap-around deck, boasting a gas grill and beautiful scenery. Upstairs, you’ll find multiple spaces for entertaining including a two-story family room, featuring cozy furnishings and a roaring fireplace, plus a quaint loft area, and an additional patio with another hot tub and panoramic alpine views. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an elevator, along with a cozy, heated two-car garage.

This incredible Snowmass estate offers four well-appointed bedrooms, plus a loft and additional sleeping space, all designed with your comfort in mind. Located on the main level, the master suite offers a private fireplace, a plush bed and access to one hot tub, plus a private indulgent bathroom with a jetted tub. Perched on the upper level, the remaining three guest rooms boast large windows with tons of natural light and cozy bedding. For added lodging, there is a large murphy bed in the family room, along with a comfortable sleeper sofa in the loft area to accommodate extra guests. For even more convenience, there is a laundry room on both the main level and the upper level of this lovely alpine retreat.

For access to the world-class Snowmass slopes, intermediate and expert skiers can ski-in and ski-out from the private Guggenheim access trail which runs directly aside the home. Beginner skiers and riders can take the Adams Avenue ski run, which is just a short, 175 yards away at the end of the street. Dial-a-ride shuttle service provides convenient access to the Snowmass Village and Mall for a minimal charge.
