In the main living area, large windows showcase gorgeous mountain peaks, while a lux leather sofa and two soft recliners are centered on a cozy fireplace, with a large flat screen television mounted above the mantle. Across the great room, a fully equipped kitchen features classic white cabinetry, along with all the culinary necessities, including a quaint breakfast bar for two. In the neighboring dining area, a timeless table offers room for eight guests to enjoy home-cooked meals, local takeout, or a rousing board game. Your family or friends will also love to congregate in the family room, located on the lower level of the home. Stocked with ample seating, a large flat screen television and games table, this space, along with the back patio boasting a private hot tub and gas grill, is the perfect way to end a day in paradise.

Brittany Place 304C features three comfortably furnished bedrooms, designed with a Classic American atmosphere. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom boasts gorgeous ski area views, a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen television. Also on this level, bedroom two offers several bedding options and a cozy gas fireplace. Each upper level bedroom features a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The third guest bedroom sits just off the family room on the lower level, and offers multiple bedding, along with a large wall-mounted flat screen television and mini-desk. If additional lodging is desired, up to two guests can utilize the sleeper sofa found in the family room.
