Directly behind this space, the bright, cheery kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking necessities, including stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops and a cozy breakfast bar for two. This home offers plenty of room for everyone to enjoy home cooked meals, take-out or snacks, as there’s a charming kitchen table that fits up to six guests, plus an additional dining table with eight seats. Double glass doors from the living room area lead to the generous outdoor deck, boasting several seating areas, a gas grill and majestic alpine scenery. After a day on the slopes or exploring town, retreat to the welcoming lower level family room, featuring a plush sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen television. Adding to the ease and comfort of this space, a wet bar with a mini fridge allows guests to keep hydrated and happy without having to head upstairs to the kitchen. Also located downstairs, an additional outdoor space boasts a private soothing hot tub, set among the trees, and under the stars. Brooks Hill Hideaway also features an office if your vacation becomes a working one, plus a mud room, ensuring the group’s gear and equipment do not clutter your living space.

Located on the main level, the master bedroom features a cozy bed, a walk-in closet, lovely views and a heavenly private bathroom boasting a jetted tub and a glass shower. Downstairs, guest room two offers a plush bed, a flat screen television and an indulgent private bathroom. Also situated on the lower level, bedrooms three, four and five boast restful bedding with flat screen televisions, and share a bathroom featuring a single sink and a bathtub/shower combination. For any extra lodging, a plush sleeper sofa can accommodate two additional guests.

For transport to the slopes, Brooks Hill Hideaway is a little over a mile and a half from the Breck Connect Gondola and the Peak 9 Base area. Main Street’s selection of restaurants, shopping and nightlife sit just a short one mile car ride away.
