Heading downstairs, the large family room, adorned with a 55” smart TV and sectional sofa, is the perfect place to watch the big game or relax with a movie. You will find two bedrooms on this level. One with a king bed and the second with a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. Walk out of this room to soak the day’s adventures away in the private hot tub.

The uppermost level is host to the other two bedrooms one with a queen bed and incredible views. There is a full bathroom adjacent to this bedroom. Across the street, hop on the Fraser River Trail for a stunning hike, bike, cross country ski, to Winter Park. Hop on the trail to forego finding a parking spot at the summer festivals. Catch (and release) a trout on one of Colorado’s last freestone rivers. The trail also conveniently takes you to the grocery store to grab the necessities, a coffee from Starbucks or to hop on the free Lift bus to Winter Park Resort.

Byers Peak Place is the perfect base camp for your Rocky Mountain Retreat. Just a short drive to Winter Park to enjoy skiing in the winter and the alpine slide and adventure park in the summer. Snow tubing is conveniently located about 2 miles away. Fraser is also a beautiful 40-minute drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park!
