The adjacent dining area is perfect for hosting a sit-down dinner, seating 8 comfortably, while the additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar offer even more space to gather. Skylight windows illuminate the kitchen's granite countertops, Whirlpool appliances, and large blue kitchen island. Guests will find a game room with a full-sized sleeper sofa and a foosball table down the hallway. Perfect for family game night!

Guests can retire to the 3 comfortable bedrooms throughout this home— The primary bedroom offering a King bed and access to the lush green yard, one guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and another guest bedroom with a day bed that transforms into a Twin bed with a Twin trundle.
