Casa Grande at the Colony sits on 10 acres of land on the Harmony ski run in the Canyons area of the Park City Mountain Resort. Featuring six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and 11,000 square feet of living space, up to 14 people can vacation in luxury and comfort in this incredible property. Guests are privy to direct ski-in/ski-out access which makes hitting the slopes and coming in for lunch or a hot chocolate a breeze.

Framed by a gorgeous ceiling with wood beams, the living room boasts a contemporary vibe yet offers comfortable seating and a roaring gas fireplace. Up a few steps, the gourmet kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with five high top chairs. Down the hall, a formal dining room with a beautiful marble table can accommodate up to 10 guests while they enjoy the stunning view. On the lower level, a spacious family room offers an additional space for your group to congregate and enjoy their vacation time. It boasts a plush sectional sofa, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen television. A wet bar and office desk are off to the side adding to the convenience of this living space.

Casa Grande at the Colony also features a theater room with comfortable stadium seating and a massive screen for you and your guests to catch up on a missed Oscar winner or perhaps reminisce with old home movies. A fitness center with cardio machines, free weights and a mounted flat screen television allows you to keep with your fitness routine while still enjoying your ski vacation.

Every one of the six bedrooms in this incredible home features beautiful furnishings and its own private bathroom with a steam shower. The primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, large flat screen television, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms feature gas fireplaces, two are furnished with King beds while the third has a Queen. The remaining bedrooms offer a King in one and a King plus two raised Full beds sitting above the King in the other.
