Designed for entertaining, the open living space on the main level provides an inviting space for the entire group to gather and relax after a day of fun on the mountain. The living room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace is open to a dining area and gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops. After a short walk up from the slopes at the end of the day you will enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub while experiencing the amazing Rocky Mountain sunset.

Three bedrooms are distributed over the two levels of the home providing bedding for up to 9 guests. Located off of the living area, the main level bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and utilizes a full bathroom set right outside of the door. Two lower level bedrooms include a primary suite outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, private bathroom with dual sink vanity and walk-in shower, and direct access to the back patio with the private hot tub. The guest bedroom offers a Queen over Queen bunk plus a Twin bed and includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
