Cascades Townhome 104 offers the ideal vacation accommodations for a fun-filled adventure in the mountains for groups of up to 12 guests wanting to experience a variety of mountain adventures. Featuring 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms spread over 2,740 square feet of living space, your group will appreciate the space and amenities of this multi-level residence located within 20 minutes of both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin in the Wolf Creek Resort. After a day of fun playing in the mountains return to relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the spectacular Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Enter on the main level to find the living room filled with quality furnishings centered on a two-story gas fireplace that is open to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. In addition to double ovens and a four burner gas stove, the kitchen is filled with every convenience to make entertainment and meal preparation convenient. Off of the kitchen area is a patio with furnishings, a grassy play area with views of the summertime pool, and a gas BBQ grill. Step down to the lower level to find a spacious family room with a wet bar and gas fireplace plus a den area outfitted with a comfortable sofa and flatscreen television.

Located on the upper level, the master suite features a King bed, gas fireplace, television, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and glass stall shower. Two guest bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom, one is furnished with Queen bed while the other offers a Twin over Full bunk bed. Off of the family room on the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a Queen bed plus a Twin over Full bunk bed and access a full bathroom shared with the family room.

Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Lake to water ski, wakeboard, or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art, and clothing. Top the day off with dining at one the tasty restaurants in Eden, Huntsville, or Ogden Canyon. This townhome is adjacent to the summertime pool and features breath-taking views of the mountains. Guests may use the Moose Hollow clubhouse and facilities including a fitness area. Powder Mountain offers daily shuttle service from the Wolf Creek resort area.
