Enter on the main level to find the living room filled with quality furnishings centered on a two-story gas fireplace that is open to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. In addition to double ovens and a four burner gas stove, the kitchen is filled with every convenience to make entertainment and meal preparation convenient. Off of the kitchen area is a patio with furnishings, a grassy play area with views of the summertime pool, and a gas BBQ grill. A Master Suite on this level features a king bed, a gas fireplace, television with satellite, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and glass stall shower. The main level also has a powder room and access to the two car garage.

Head upstairs where there are three of the residence's five bedrooms including another Master Suite with is its own private entrance featuring a king bed, a gas fireplace, television with satellite, plus a small kitchenette with microwave and mini-fridge. There is a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Executives will appreciate the fully equipped office area with high-speed wireless internet, unlimited long distance calling, and fax machine. The lower level features the 12-seat wood-paneled home theater room with a 100-inch screen and equipped with High Speed Media Streaming through Roku Ultra device, Dish Network satellite TV, DVD  and surround-sound speakers.
