Cassidy’s Quarters, which sits in a quiet part of downtown Telluride, is a three bedroom private home with the convenience of a short walk to the gondola as well as the area’s restaurants, retail shops and thriving nightlife. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests, your family or group of friends will love the easy access and comfortable furnishings found in this 2,157 square foot historic home.

Warm and inviting, the living room features a roaring gas fireplace surrounded by rich dark toned- furnishings and original artwork. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed throughout your stay including a large country-style sink, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. In between the living room and kitchen, a dining room set with a wall of windows is furnished with a classic wood table and six chairs. Just beyond the kitchen, a family room offers additional space to relax and gather with a large flat screen television, an oversized sofa and bountiful windows providing natural sunlight. Glass doors from the family room lead to a back patio complete with a gas grill, lounge furniture and a private hot tub.

On the upper level, a master suite offers a flat screen television while a private balcony boasts views of the famous Telluride Box Canyon. The master’s private bathroom features a large soaking tub, deluxe steam shower and multiple sky lights providing a plethora of natural light. An additional guest master sits on the same level featuring a flat screen television, ample storage and a shared bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower. On the basement level, an expansive guest room offers a flat screen television and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations creating the perfect spot to watch a movie or make into a playroom for the kids.
