Soaring vaulted ceilings, cedar-lined walls and massive windows showcasing ski trail views frame the living room in this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom slopeside townhome with a comfortably furnished sitting area set in front of a fireplace and television. Seating for 10 guests is provided at the large dining table which sits between the living room and kitchen's breakfast bar with 5 stools. High end appliances and ceramic tile countertops adorn the fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the dining area and living room. Step out through glass sliders in the living room to the deck appointed with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill.

Above the living room is a loft space outfitted with a sofa and desk area. After a day of fun on the mountain relax in the private hot tub off of the entrance-side deck. A built-in audio system allows for music to be played from any wifi-connected device. Access to the residence from the road is via 16 stairs with multiple landings in between and from the underground parking, providing 2 spots, access is via 3 sets of private stairs. Free shuttle service to Whistler Village is under a quarter mile stroll up the road.

Appointed with a King bed, the upper level primary bedroom includes a sitting area, private deck with mountain views and a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and combination tub/shower. One guest bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a King bed that can be split into two Twin beds and has a private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms on the main level enjoy direct access to the private hot tub, one is equipped with a King bed and private bathroom while the other has a King bed that can be split into two Twin beds and accesses a bathroom in the hallway.

As long as the snow permits, ski-in/ski-out convenience is enjoyed through the rear entrance of the property which sits on 'Merlin's Run' - a Green Line trail that gives an easy passage to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in late March or early April.
