Encounter a bright and open living area upon entering this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence with vaulted ceilings and large windows framing the inviting sitting room focused on a double-sided gas fireplace. This space flows into the main living room with another sitting area set in front of a television and the opposing side of the fireplace. Bench and chair seating at the adjacent dining table accommodates 6 guest while the breakfast bar provides seating for 2 more.

Polished stone countertops and stainless steel appliances appoint the modern kitchen that overlooks the dining are and living room. Step out of the french doors in the sitting room to relax in the private hot tub on the back patio.

Three bedrooms are perched on the top level of the residence providing sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests. Outfitted with a King bed, the primary bedroom includes a private bathroom offering a dual-sink vanity and combination shower/tub. Two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, one is furnished with a Queen bed while the other has a single Twin bed plus a second Twin bed that also has a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.
