Designed for entertaining, the focal point of the main level is a comfortably appointed living room boasting leather furnishings focused on a fireplace and flat screen television with a wall of windows exposing dramatic mountain views framing the scene. Take a stroll out to the deck with beautiful south valley views of the Flat Top Mountains. The large gas grill is located on this deck too, the plush patio furniture will leave you never wanting to get up. Off of the living room is an amazing gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, huge gas stove, and an island with a warming drawer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for the group. The solid wood dining table seats eight comfortably with additional seating in the island area, ideal for the whole group to enjoy each other’s company during each meal.

Located on the main level, the Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed set in front of a gas fireplace and boasting a huge master bathroom complete with jetted tub, double vanity sinks, and glass enclosed steam shower plus access to the main level deck. Upstairs on the top floor, the loft area overlooks the main floor living room and includes plush seating, a sleeper sofa, and an office area complete with whole house wireless Wi-Fi. The sitting area is perfect for a good book and some relaxation time. Just past the loft is the Second Master Suite with a king bed, a cozy built-in daybed, and a full attached bathroom. The other side of the landing on this level brings you to the Third Master Suite with a king bed, full attached bathroom, and a small balcony. 

Step down to the lower level of Chadwick Chalet to find an expansive family room featuring an inviting sitting area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and full wet bar. There is a table and chairs next to a large entertainment center with a ping pong table, perfect for game nights. The powder room is right off the living area, and there is a large laundry room around the corner. Outside on the lower large deck, you will hear the beautiful sound of the creek, have plush patio furniture with a fire pit, and a large private hot tub. The Bunk Room has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The Fourth Master Suite is on this level and has a king bed, full bathroom and a lower level deck access door. 

The complex has a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room right across from the residence. There is an optional on-call winter shuttle that will take you to the ski area, downtown or grocery store.
