Chadwick Estates 1451 is a sprawling four bedroom private home with an additional fully equipped studio apartment. Nicely outfitted to accommodate up to 12 guests, your family or group of friends will love the luxurious feel and spacious layout of this comfortable alpine home.

On the main level, a large living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating and an oversized stone gas fireplace. A wall of windows showcases the beautiful views of the surrounding area. Just behind, a gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a stunning center island with seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area boasting a classic large wooden table with seating for up to eight guests. French doors in the dining area lead to a wraparound deck offering a gas grill, lounge seating and the sounds of Burgess Creek flowing past. Relaxing and entertaining are easy at Chadwick Estates 1451, with its spacious lower level family room. This large hang-out space features a massive built-in flat screen television with cozy theater seating, a poker table, pool table and a roaring gas fireplace. No need to go upstairs for beverages or snacks as the family room also offers an extensive wet bar with refrigerators and six bar stools. A walk-out patio boasts a gas fire pit, space heater, private hot tub and additional seating for comfortable outdoor living. For even more room to spread out and enjoy vacation time, an upper level office/loft offers a foosball table and cozy seating.

A large master suite sits on the main level boasting a private gas fireplace, a flat screen television and a large private bathroom with a steam shower. Two guest rooms are perched on the upper level; each offering its own private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a private bathroom with a steam shower. For added accommodations, a separate studio apartment with its own direct entrance is included and offers a flat screen television, walk-in closet, galley-style kitchenette and a private bathroom.

On-call shuttle service is provided with this rental property for convenient transport to the ski area, grocery stores  and downtown Steamboat Springs. Two pickups are allowed each morning and afternoon to and from the slopes and mid-day service is available on-call. In the evenings from 5Pm-10PM, the shuttle is again available on-call for transport to and from the mountain area and downtown.  A community hot tub and outdoor heated swimming pool are also available for guests use throughout your stay on the property.
