Framed by walls of windows, the comfortably furnished living invites guests to relax on plush sofas set in front of a gas fireplace and large screen television. Adjacent to the living area is a library with a game table that can also be used as an additional dining table and leads to a spacious balcony facing Beaver Creek Village. This space flows into the dining area with seating for up to 14 and access to the back patio offering outdoor seating, a barbecue grill, and inspiring views of the Centennial ski run.  

Open to the dining area, the modern and fully-stocked kitchen features rift-cut white oak cabinetry and a quartz countertop and backsplash. A professional 36-inch induction range will delight the cooks in your group, as well as a built-in French door refrigerator. This stunning kitchen has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar with seating for two.

The upper level features three bedrooms and a laundry area. The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself, with a King bed, large windows with beautiful mountain views, his and hers closets, and a 55" 4K television. A large private bathroom features a double shower and a double vanity. Two additional Queen suites ae equipped with televisions, stylish furnishings, natural light and private bathrooms.

On the uppermost level is a large loft that is perfect for a family suite, with a King bed, a trundle bed with two Twin beds and a private bathroom. The lower level includes a bunkroom the kids will love, with two Twin-over-Full bunk beds, a 75" 4K television and a private bathroom with double vanity. There is an office desk and chair in this room as well for anyone needing to catch up on remote work or studies. Also on this level is a convenient ski gear storage room and a two-car garage.
