This stunning mountain rental home boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,771 square feet of living space spread over three spacious levels. Access to the slopes and other area activities are a breeze, as the complimentary shuttle stop is located just a few blocks away from the property.

Adorned with wood for a cozy rustic feel, the living room space is drenched in sunlight from the large west facing floor-to-ceiling windows that make up one of its walls. A wood-burning stove provides warmth while you and your guests relax and take in a show or movie on the large flat screen television surrounded by comfortable couches. The modern kitchen, just off the living room is also designed using rustic wood and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and offers a breakfast bar with seating for three.  An informal dining table sits in a cozy nook offering room for six as well as lovely views from its surrounding windows. Access to the wrap around outdoor deck featuring a private hot tub and spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range is found via sliding glass doors adjacent to the kitchen area. For additional dining options, a formal table sits between the living room and kitchen offering seating for up to eight guests.

A spacious master bedroom sits on the home’s upper level, featuring a sitting area with a couch, a flat screen television and an ensuite bathroom with a separate walk-in shower. Chalet de Neige’s main level houses two guest bedrooms which share a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, and both utilize the same bathroom. All of the guest rooms feature log and wood furniture and comfortable plush bedding.

Guests love to hang out in the home’s recreation room located on the lower level, offering a pool table, a cozy sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations and a large flat screen television. Chalet de Neige also features a one car garage and full sized laundry facilities which are located on the main level.
