Presenting an open layout, the main level living area of this 3 bedroom vacation home with 3 bathrooms features a tastefully appointed living room with comfortable furnishings arranged in front of a television and gas stove. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with seating for 8 guests. Open to the living room and dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials for preparing tasty meals and includes a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests. 

Step out onto the back patio to grill up a meal on the barbecue or relax in the private hot tub after a day of adventure on the mountain. All of the shops and restaurants are a 3 minute walk down the hill, the free shuttle stop is an easy stroll away, and the Breck Connect Gondola accessing the lifts at the bases of Peak 7 and Peak 8 is a 10 minute walk from the home.

Three bedrooms provide the perfect selection of bedding for a family or group of up to 10 friends. Furnished with a King bed, the main level bedroom includes a private bathroom. Located on the upper level, the primary bedroom offers a King bed and private bathroom. Ideally equipped for the kids, the upper level guest bedroom is appointed with a Twin over Full bunk bed plus a Twin over Twin bunk. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
