Presenting an authentic mountain atmosphere, the residence features unique architectural details with dramatic vaulted stone work and mountain timber wood finishes native to Utah offered throughout the expansive, multi-level layout.

Framed by dramatic mountain views that permeate the living area, the Great Room is an impressive space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beam architecture, and a massive stone wall that holds a fireplace and flatscreen television forming the focal point. Relax and entertain in the spacious living room offering designer furnishings and access to the large deck overlooking the ski slopes. Seating for eight guests is provided at the adjacent dining table which sits off of the gourmet kitchen equipped with upscale appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar seating for four guests, and a pantry with an elevator providing convenient access from the kitchen to the lower level family room.

Entertainment is the focus of the lower level where you will find a comprehensive family room and ski prep area with direct access to the ski slopes. Centered on a stone wall with a fireplace and flatscreen television, the living area offers comfortable furnishings with an adjacent pool table and access to the lower level deck leading down to the private hot tub nestled on the patio. Also in this area is a wet bar, fitness room, and theater room with twelve comfortable leather recliners in a stadium layout. 

Seven bedrooms, six including private bathrooms, are spread throughout the massive residence providing sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests. Furnished with a custom log King bed, the primary suite includes a fireplace and private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms also offer King beds and private bathrooms, one with a steam shower while the other has a double-sided fireplace that opens to the bathroom which includes a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed and private bathroom with a combination shower/tub, another has a King plus a Queen bed and private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The kids room is furnished with a Twin bunk bed plus a Twin bed and the final bedroom is equipped with a Twin daybed.
