Framed by walls of windows featuring gorgeous stained-glass accents and set under soaring vaulted ceilings, the main level great room of this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom retreat is an expansive space where the entire group can gather and entertain. Appointed with unique decor and furnishings, including a collection of hunting mounts, the living room offers quality furnishings focused on a fireplace and flatscreen television. The space flows into a dining area with seating for 8 with an adjacent 4-person game/dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 6 guests. 

Two additional living areas include a cozy den off of the great room appointed with leather chairs and a wet bar as well as hunting trophies adorning the stone and wood walls. Step to the lower level to find a spacious family room with comfortable furnishings in front of a television and fireplace, game table and wet bar. Also on the lower level is a billiard room with a pool table and abundant seating. Access to the back deck with a private hot tub and fire pit table is off of the living room on the main level. The deck wraps around the house and features multiple tables for outdoor dining and gatherings, a barbecue grill, and views of the ski trails and chairlift above.  

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the residence providing a variety of sleeping options for up to 12 guests. Set off of the living room, the primary suite features a King bed, fireplace, work area and private bathroom boasting a dual-sink vanity, large jetted tub, and steam shower. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on the upper level, one is furnished with a King bed while the other is equipped with a Twin bunk bed and two Twin beds that can be joined to form a King. Another bedroom with a Twin bunk and split King is located off of the family room on the lower level. 

For ski access simply put on your boots and take a few steps across the driveway to hop on the slopes. The green run, Stampede will take you down to the Gondola, Christie Peak Chairlift, and base area. During the winter months guests have access to a complimentary on-call shuttle service throughout Steamboat. Three vehicles can be accommodated in the driveway, guests do not have access to the garage.
