An open layout on the main level of creates an inviting space for the entire group to entertain and relax in comfort. Leather furnishings are set around the stone-framed fireplace and flat screen television in the living room which sits open to the dining area and kitchen. Offering seating for up 12 guests, the dining area is adjacent to the custom kitchen featuring granite countertops, upscale appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. On the lower level guests will find a spacious family room with a comfortably furnished sitting area, entertainment system, wet bar, game table, and arcade machine. A private hot tub on the rooftop deck is the ideal place to relax after a day of fun on the Copper Mountain Resort while enjoying the breathtaking Rocky Mountain sunset.

Five bedrooms distributed throughout the over 4,200 square feet of living space provide a private space to get away from the group. Three of the master bedrooms feature private bathrooms and are furnished with King beds, while a fourth bedroom equipped with a private bathroom is outfitted with two Double beds. Two Queen over Queen Bunk beds are offered in the fifth bedroom which is off of the family room where a Queen Sofa Sleepers provides additional bedding. Guests staying in Cloud Nine Residence enjoy access to the central Copper Mountain Athletic Club with a full fitness center, indoor swimming pool, spa and multiple hot tubs.
