Spanning 3,720 square feet, this 5 bedroom private vacation home is spread over three levels featuring multiple living spaces and preferred vacation amenities with all of the comforts of home for up to 12 guests.

Split into two distinct living areas, the main level of this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom mountain home is a bright and open space with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows exposing impressive views of the San Juan Mountains that surround. On one end of this level is a more formal sitting area with leather furnishings while the family room area offers comfortable furnishings focused on a gas fireplace and television. Located between the two living areas, the spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar seating for 4 guests and an adjacent dining area with seating for 8 guests. Step out to the wrap-around deck with barbecue grill, outdoor furnishings and the private hot tub.

Furnished with a King bed, the upper level primary bedroom includes a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms is located on the upper level and offers a Queen bed and private bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Set off of the living area on the main level is another bedroom appointed with a King bed that includes a private balcony and private bathroom. Two lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom, one is outfitted with two Queen beds while the other has a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a desk area. The lower level also has a laundry room with full size washer/dryer as well as a second full size fridge for overflow drinks/supplies, and heated 2 car garage.

The Free on-demand shuttle service operated by Mountain Village services the home for easy access to the gondola, ski school, and evenings out on the town. Ski access can also be via this shuttle, or is a short walk across the street and then ski onto the Meadows ski run via the golf course/nordic trail adjacent to the home (intermediate skiers + due to flat off-piste terrain crossing), or from The Peaks ski run ~250 yards up the road.
