Unique in its architecture, Colony 116 is a sprawling private mountain home located within the gated Colony at White Pine Canyon, ensuring the utmost in privacy and security. The great room is vast and open featuring two-story floor to ceiling windows showcasing views of Uinta Mountain and the valley. Two separate seating areas create cozy spaces to relax after a day on the slopes; one contains comfortable couches and chairs and is centered on a large flat screen television and gas fireplace, while the other features several large club chairs circling a massive indoor stone and copper fire pit. The living room area flows to the oversized gourmet kitchen which boasts granite countertops, top of the line appliances and two dining areas; a breakfast nook which can seat six people and a large island counter which has to ability to accommodate 10 guests. A formal dining room sits just off the kitchen which contains a table large enough for 14 to dine. For the sake of catering and entertaining, the home also has a fully equipped butler’s pantry with separate entrances. A covered deck sits off the main kitchen which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven and an outdoor summer kitchen.

Each of the estate’s seven bedrooms is unique in design and has superb rustic, luxurious decor and finishes. Six guest rooms feature their own granite, stone and wood adorned bathrooms, and two contain jetted tubs while one features a steam shower. Three of the bedrooms also boast a private gas fireplace.

When skiing and exploring are done for the day, guests love to gather in the lower level family room which offers a wide variety of activities to thoroughly entertain the whole group. There is a games room complete with a wet bar, pool table, shuffleboard, games table and two large flat screen televisions. The area also offers two fireplaces, a full kitchen and a home theater system with a 90” screen and 7.1 surround sound system. A ski room also located on the lower level offers access to the mountains, sauna, hot tub and a ski bath.

Serene and scenic, the outdoor space at Colony 116 is beautifully landscaped and offers a mountain stream flowing into a quaint pond. The patio space is adorned in flagstone and contains a lounge area, the hot tub and an additional large fire pit.

This amazing home offers true ski-in/ski-out access to the Canyons Ski Resort. Guests can ski in via the Peak 5 and Daybreak lifts and get first tracks in the morning via the Harmony, Royal, Elk Dancer and Solace runs, since the property sits at the intersection of these ski trails.

Guests staying at Colony 166 are granted temporary access to Club Lespri, Park City’s private Boutique Inn offering world class fitness facilities and the exclusive Rain Spa.
