Nestled into groves of aspen and fir trees on almost eleven acres, this 5 bedroom luxury vacation home with 5.5 bathrooms enjoys breathtaking views of the mountains, canyon walls, and the basin below.

Boasting over 7,600 square feet of living space, Colony 182 is a sprawling yet intimately designed residence with an abundance of space for groups of up to twelve guests. Ideally designed for entertaining, the main level Great Room features vaulted ceilings with exposed arched beams, wood accents, and rich hardwood flooring. At one end of the Great Room is a stone fireplace and flat screen television surrounded by designer furnishings and a wall of windows. On the opposite end is a spectacular gourmet kitchen with granite countertops including a breakfast bar, upscale appliances, and custom cabinetry. Separating the kitchen from the living room is a large dining table seating eight plus access to the wrap-around deck where guests can relax in front of the outdoor fireplace while taking in the inspiring views that surround. Additional seating is provided by a five person table in the breakfast nook and four stools at the breakfast bar.

Equipped with a ping-pong table, flat screen television, another stone fireplace, comfortable sitting area, and theater, the lower level family room provides a second living area for relaxing away from the larger group. Just off of the family room is access to the back patio where guests will find a private hot tub as well as direct access to the ski trails. Colony 182 offers five spacious, tastefully appointed bedrooms including a Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunk beds that sleeps four. Furnished with a King bed, the master suite includes a private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower as well as access to the deck. Two of the three remaining guest bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds, the third offers a King bed and all include private bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
