Huge vaulted ceilings in the living room create an open feel while plush leather sofas focus on a large stone double-sided fireplace and massive flat screen television. Sliding glass doors lead to a wraparound covered patio which features several seating areas, a charcoal BBQ and roasting pit, and an oversized private hot tub offering stunning mountain scenery. Back inside, the gourmet kitchen is stocked with all the culinary necessities and boasts a large granite island with four high-top chairs. In the adjacent dining area, a long classic table can seat up to 10 and offers charming views of the surrounding foliage.

Large picture windows in the upstairs master bedroom showcase superb views of the slopes, while the private marbled master bathroom offers a two-person jetted tub and massive flagstone shower. Four of the guest rooms feature deluxe furnishings and comfortable bedding for a good night’s rest, and the final guest room is geared for the younger vacationers. For convenient slopes access from Colony 7 Residence, guests can hop on a private ski trail which is steps from the wooded backyard and leads to two different Park City ski lifts; The Iron Mountain Express and Timberline.
