Overlooking the living room, the gourmet kitchen boasts high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and polished-stone countertops with seating for 4 guests at the large breakfast island. Eight guests are accommodated at the adjacent dining table with a glass door accessing the side patio appointed with outdoor seating, a fire pit and barbecue grill. Step out of glass doors in the living room to the upper level deck offering comfortable seating enveloped by mountain vistas.

Entertain in the lower level family room equipped with a large sofa, gas fireplace, wall-mounted television and wet bar. After a day of mountain fun, relax in the private hot tub accessed through a glass door in the family room. Additional amenities include an over-sized 2 car garage, radiant in-floor heating, direct access to a summertime private trail leading down to Main Street, a free shuttle service stop a short walk down the road and private on-demand shuttle service provided November through April.

Appointed with a King bed, one of the guest bedrooms is equipped with a private bathroom featuring a steam shower. Furnished with a Queen Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall plus a Twin day bed, one of the lower level guest bedrooms accesses a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Furnished with two Twin beds that can be joined to form a King bed, the final bedroom utilizes a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
