Step out onto the deck located on the lower level rooftop to soak in the private outdoor hot tub or sit beside the outdoor gas fire pit. In the summer months, enjoy your meals out on the spacious deck at the outdoor dining table. There is also gas grill located on the deck for the grilling enthusiasts!

Open to the living space, the fully-stocked kitchen features a large island with seating for 3 guests, plus top of the line Bosch Appliances including a gas cooktop. Mountain views from the kitchen offer an inspiring natural backdrop. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 8. Walk down to the lower level of the home to find a cozy den complete with a large TV, PlayStation 4, plush queen sleeper sofa, and two armchairs. This is a wonderful space to escape with a good book or enjoy your favorite sports teams! 

Located on the main level, the Mine Tailings Master Bedroom Suite features a King bed, TV, and large ensuite bathroom equipped with a large vanity with double sinks, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. A walk-in closet is also located in the ensuite bath as well as private access to the deck where the hot tub and fire pit are located. Down the hall are the washer and dryer as well as the two other bedrooms – the Valley View Mini Master is a cozy suite complete with King bed, TV, and private ensuite bath. Next door you’ll find the Blue Bunk Bedroom, a perfect place for the kiddos offering two sets of Twin bunks, a TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo! This bath also has hallway access.

Enjoy easy access to Breck’s Main Street by car (approx. 6 minutes) or Summit Stage Bus which is located about a block from the home. In the summer months, don’t forget to bring your bicycles – or rent them when you arrive! The Recreation path that runs between Breckenridge and Frisco is a quick two minute walk from the home and can be utilized to bike or enjoy a stroll along the Blue River.
