Ranging in size from 1-3 bedroom vacation rentals, Cottonwood Condominiums provide all of the amenities of home, comfortable furnishings and spacious, open layouts ideally appointed for entertaining. 

Centered on a fireplace and television, the main level living areas of these individually owned and decorated condominium rentals invite the entire group to relax on comfortable furnishings in the bright and open space. Dining areas flow from the living space and fully equipped kitchens, some overlooking the living space and some set off of the dining area, provide all of the essential appliances for preparing tasty meals throughout your vacation. 

One bedroom residences are cozy while 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums provide more space and some enhanced amenities. Three bedroom rentals are multi-level and offer primary suites located on the upper level, most featuring a King bed, sitting area in front of a fireplace, a private deck and private bathroom. Guest bedrooms are outfitted with varying bedding options dependent on the exact residence reserved, one typically sits off of the living area and shares a full bathroom while the other is on the upper level and enjoys an attached bathroom.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation based on availability. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.
