Designer furnishings fill the living room which has two sitting areas, one focused on a stone-framed fireplace and the other a large screen television. A few steps up from the living room is a dining area with seating for 8 that sits adjacent to a gourmet kitchen complete with professional grade appliances and granite countertops that include a breakfast bar with additional seating for 2 guests. 

Additional living areas include a cozy den with a large sofa, gas fireplace, and large screen television as well as a small office space. Perhaps the most popular place in the home is the lower level family room designed with complete enjoyment as the focus. Plush leather furnishings are centered on a flatscreen television with yet another stone-framed fireplace helping to create a warm and inviting environment. Surrounding the sitting area is a variety of game tables including a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, and air hockey table. Rounding out the family room is a wet bar, sauna room and steam room as well as direct access to the rear patio featuring outdoor seating, a private hot tub, and an outdoor fireplace. 

Spread over the 8,300 square feet and multiple levels of the home are 7 luxuriously appointed bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 16 guests. Two master suites are outfitted with King beds, private decks, and gas fireplaces that open to the sleeping area as well as the private bathrooms equipped with separate tubs and steam showers. Four guest bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds and the Bunk Room includes two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks.
