The living area opens to a dining table with seating for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. A second living area on the lower level is complete with a sitting area, flatscreen television, and game table. Step out back to relax in the private hot tub after a day of mountain adventures.

Two bedrooms on the main level, one furnished with a Queen bed and the other offering a Double with Double Trundle, share a full bathroom with the living area. Located on the lower level, the primary suite is outfitted with a King bed and private bathroom with dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers a Queen bed, Twin bunk, and accesses the hall bathroom.

Explore Sunset Ridge with an extensive network of trails designed for off-road access including hiking and mountain biking. The trails are also groomed in the winter for cross-country skiing. Guests will also enjoy access to a private fishing pond just off of Highway 40 at the turn-off for Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort.
