Just off the sitting area is a wet bar area equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and high-top table. Step out to the back patio to relax in the private hot tub while enjoying the captivating mountain sunsets.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the multiple levels of the residence providing bedding options for up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms furnished with King beds are located on the upper level, one boasts a gas fireplace that opens to the sleeping area as well as the private bathroom which includes a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and steam shower, while the other offers a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main level bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed and shares a bathroom that utilizes a bathroom with a combination jetted tub/shower shared with the living area. Located off of the family room on the lower level, the bunk room includes two sets of Twin over Twin Bunk beds and accesses the full bathroom shared with the family room. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided by a Queen sleeper sofa in the family room.
