Creekside Residence is a stunning three level mountain home located in the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, perched above Whistler Creekside. With a modern contemporary design, radiant floor heating and high end finishes, guests can experience their Whistler vacation in true luxurious fashion. This four bedroom, five and half bathroom retreat can accommodate up to eight guests and has 5,000 square feet of living space designed to entertain and relax throughout your stay.

It’s easy to unwind from a day on the slopes in the main level’s large open concept living area. There is a formal living room featuring vaulted ceilings, a stone wood-burning fireplace and scenic vistas of the Coast Mountain Range from its large windows. Chefs and home cooks alike will love the gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and a large granite breakfast bar which can seat five guests comfortably. A formal dining room boasts a modern table large enough to accommodate 10 and is nestled between the living room and kitchen areas. A glass door leads to a deck offering lovely views of the valley and Whistler’s peaks.  Just off the kitchen, there is an additional smaller family room which contains a flat screen television and comfortable seating.

Each of the home’s four bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom and a flat screen television. Three of them are located on the upper level; the first a master with an enormous walk-in closet and deck access. Another master bedroom offers a small seating area and a deep soaking tub in its ensuite bathroom. Views of the forest envelope the third guest room on the upper level with its spacious layout and separate seating area. The fourth bedroom sits on the main level and features a large glass enclosed shower in its ensuite bathroom.

Creekside Residence provides access to the slopes via a short one minute walk to the surrounding ski-in/ski-out trails or the neighborhood’s private gondola which can seat up to eight guests with ski equipment. After hitting the slopes, guests love to hang out in the lower level media room which houses a large flat screen television, pool table and access to an expansive deck with a private hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Equipped with the latest technology throughout, the home features a Control 4 home automation system which allows guests to centrally control all the lights and music in the home from a provided Ipad as well as HD, Apple TV and Bluray in each room.
