This space flows seamlessly to the gourmet kitchen which includes a breakfast nook seating 5, breakfast bar seating 4, and a collection of high-end appliances that includes a double oven and six-burner stove. Seating for 8 is offered at the formal dining area that sits off of the kitchen.

Glass doors in the dining area lead to the expansive deck set in the trees which then flows down to the flagstone patio appointed with a fire pit and private hot tub. Head up the stairs to the loft living area outfitted with a sofa set in front of a fireplace and television. Those needing to fit in some work while on vacation will appreciate the inviting office with a two-person desk and sitting area in front of a fireplace.

Furnished with a King bed, the expansive primary suite boasts a gas fireplace, sitting area, private deck and a private bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms with attached bathrooms are distributed over two levels and offer two Twin beds in one, a Queen bed plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa in another and a bunk room with a Full over Full bunk plus a Sleeper Sofa, sitting area and direct access to the patio.
