Just off of the living space is a dining area with seating for 8 guests and an adjacent fully equipped kitchen. Access to the wrap-around deck is off of the dining area. Located on the upper level, the den includes a wet bar area with a mini-fridge and microwave, two Double Futons, and a game table.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the home. Furnished with a Queen bed, the upper level bedroom shares a full bathroom with the den area. Two bedrooms equipped with Queen beds are located on the main level and share a bathroom with the living space. Occupying the lower level is a large bedroom with a fireplace, game table, and private bathroom, that offers two Twin beds, a Twin Trundle (two Twins), and a small sofa.
