Occupying the main level of Deer Valley 601A is a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings allowing for large windows that expose breathtaking mountain views. Access to the private hot tub on the front deck is just off of the comfortably furnished living room with a stone-framed gas fireplace and flat screen television on opposing walls. Ten guests can be accommodated at designer dining table which is open to the living room and kitchen. Chefs in the group will appreciate the high-end appliances, slab granite countertops and custom tile work in the gourmet kitchen which includes a breakfast bar with two stools. Above the living room on the loft level is a family room with leather furnishings set in front of a flat screen television with a pool table and wet bar just off of the seating area. Additional amenities include a steam room, sauna, fitness equipment and flat screens occupying just about every area of open wall space.

Spread over the multiple levels of Deer Valley 601A are five spacious and luxuriously appointed bedrooms with many featuring private bathrooms. Four bedrooms are furnished with King beds, one with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, another with a Full Sofa Sleeper and one with a Twin Sofa Sleeper. The fifth bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and additional bedding is supplied by a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the loft and one in the living room.
