This stunning 5,000 square foot multi-level home has five bedrooms plus two loft spaces, seven bathrooms and can accommodate up to 17 guests. Built with high-end luxury in mind, vacationers will love the home’s top quality finishes, fixtures, décor and deluxe amenities.
Its great room is spacious and open boasting a large living room with hardwood floors, ample seating and a sizeable rock fireplace. Generous windows and glass doors lead to an outdoor deck featuring a private hot tub. 603B’s gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream outfitted with stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances, gorgeous finishes and a breakfast bar with seating for five. Adjacent to the kitchen sits the open dining room space featuring a grand table with room for 10 guests.
Designed with custom furniture and bedding, guest rooms are spread out over the four different levels of the house with one on the main floor, two up one level and two more on the top floor. Each room boasts its own bathroom, some feature private decks and there are additional sleeping accommodations in the loft area as well as the downstairs den.
On the bottom level there is a sauna and separate steam room, perfect after a day on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. An additional den, complete with a pool table, big flat screen television and a large sectional couch is located in a loft perched above the living room.
